Provide business management services, human resources, clerical and administrative support to the state and regional leadership.

Responsibilities:
Office Functions:
Coordinate the ordering office supplies Complete purchase orders Assist with or complete various reports Answer and direct phone calls Delegate tasks to HR Assistants Maintain and balance petty cash Answer all in-coming and calls and route to appropriate parties.
Greet and monitor office visitors.
Manage in coming and out - going mail Distribute expiration reports to management team Human Resources:
Maintain employee files including electronic or hard copy formats Responsible for local recruiting efforts such as job fairs, community centers, posting employment flyers, etc.
Responsible for retention efforts such as completing focus groups, new employee follow along, exit interviews, etc.
Assist with coordinating and conducting new employee orientations, annual trainings and staff meetings Collect new employee paperwork for processing and filing maintain and communicate with management and Talent Acquisition Specialist current staffing needs Conduct safety drills and safety surveys Notify (Provide system, phone calls, emails) and follow up with staff and management on eligibility requirements (Expiration reports):
trainings documents Conduct staff training May participate in staff interviews Conduct file audits Business Manager Develop internal operating budgets Prepare all data and billing summary reports to be submitted to the state Prepare quarterly management review and tracks data Other Responsibilities Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.
Complete special projects Supervise local HR staff Adhere to HIPAA requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, individuals served, guardians and other internal and external stakeholders Must be skilled at using all forms of technology and software while possessing the ability to learn new software Highly organized The ability to work independently or part of a team Ability to multi task
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Excellent computer skills Valid driver's license and auto insurance Pass background screening process Preferred 2 years of experience working with budgets and accounting Prefer two years of office management experience Prefer supervisory experience High level customer service and the ability to interact with staff, management, clients and other stakeholders in a positive manner If interested apply online at:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
