Recruiter
The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disabilities is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Recruiter to support Central State Hospital in Milledgeville, Georgia.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Conduct full-cycle recruiting for assigned hospital positions
Provide guidance and consultation to the hospital staff regarding effective and successful recruitment strategies
Develop and maintain effective recruitment programs to obtain qualified candidates to fill job vacancies
Source, screen, qualify and interview candidates from a variety of proven recruiting sources
Represent the hospital at job/career fairs
Make presentations
Network with community and/or civic groups
Other duties as assigned
