Operational Excellence - IAT Focal (IE3)

Responsibilities The purpose of this Operational Excellence role is to provide strategic coordination and leadership through utilizing six sigma methodology and systems. o Process improvements utilizing man, methods, machines and tooling o Adapt in Six Sigma tools and measurements - Cp, CpK, etc. o Adapt in both cellular and sequential manufacturing o Experience in high-volume manufacturing - automotive, consumer goods, etc. o Experience in leading Kaizen events o Experience in Queuing Theory and Theory of Constraints o Experience in rapid process development and Value Stream Mapping o Good organizational and computer skills - including simulation software o Good people skills and team building o Ability to support Lean Best Practices across the Division o Good understanding of Engineering Economy o Understanding of discrete labor estimating, learning curve theories, man-loading, etc o Experience in the installation of World Class Manufacturing elements Qualifications o B.S. in IE, Production Management, Operations Research preferred and 6 years of related experience o MBA preferred o 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing o Black belt preferred 15655

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
